The March Edit

I feel like I have absolutely nothing to report for March. I didn’t do anything particularly exciting or have anything great to report. I’ve just been getting on with things.

I start my new job next week, so I’ve been enjoying the time off in between. I’ve been writing lots of blog posts, catching up with friends and family and doing a lot of reading. I’ve also been celebrating a lot of birthdays and I’ve been on many nights out into town. 25 year old me cannot handle the hangovers anymore.

Anyway, that’s my month in a nutshell. Now, on to what I’ve been loving this March.

What I’ve Been Watching

So in March, my absolute favourite series in the entire world was back – RuPaul’s Drag Race season 10. After the absolute shambles that was All-Stars (I’m still not ready to talk about it), I’m so glad the normal series is back. So far I’ve been loving Miz Cracker and Monet X Change, but I’m looking forward to getting to know some of the queens a little bit better.

I’ve also rewatched Friends from beginning to end. This is the first time I’ve seen it in the right order. A lot of the character developments and even the storylines that I always found a little odd, definitely made more sense to me. For example, I found the Joey and Rachel story kind of sweet, however before I found it so random when they got together, but now to me, it makes perfect sense.

I’ve also been watching Celebs Go Dating, Catfish and I’m also so excited for Jersey Shore: The Reunion!

Products I’ve Been Loving

I’ve been behaving myself recently and I haven’t been buying as many products as I normally do. However, I have to treat myself every once in a while.

A few products I’ve been loving recently are all by L’Oreal. The L’Oreal Back to Bronze bronzer that I’ve been wearing daily deserves a special mention on here. It’s such a gorgeous, natural shade that gives a nice glow. I’ve also been loving the primers that they’ve bought out recently, especially the L’Oreal Infallible Foundation Primer. It’s an illuminating primer which that makes my foundation and skin look more radiant. It’s amazing!

What I’ve Been Reading

Okay, so March has been an amazing reading month for me. I’ve managed to finish 8 books this month, which is double the amount I can normally read. Here’s everything that I’ve read this month…

A Cold Faint Fear by Karin Slaughter ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friend Request by Laura Marshall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So You’ve Been Publicly Shamed by Jon Ronson ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Woman He Loved Before by Dorothy Koomson ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The One by John Marrs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Wildflowers by Harriet Evans ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Memory Chamber by Holly Cave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love talking about books. I love reading and recommending books to family and friends. I spend most of my money on books. However, I don’t talk about them that much here. I wanted to talk about them more, so this month I created another Instagram just to do that. Honestly, setting up my Instagram where I can talk about books has made me love Instagram so much more than I imagined.
