L’Oreal Back To Bronze Gentle Matte Bronzing Powder

As someone who always has to buy the lightest shade in foundation, buying bronzers can be a difficult task for me. I am quite picky when it comes to buying bronzers as I know many of them won’t suit my skin tone.

After browsing the L’Oreal stand at my local Boots, I spotted the L’Oreal Back to Bronze Gentle Matte Bronzing Powder and after a bit of umming about whether this would suit me, I decided to just take the plunge. I’m really glad I did…

L'Oreal Back To BronzeDue to my fair skin tone, I wanted to find the right bronzer for me that creates a natural glow. It’s easy for bronzers to look too dark or unnatural on my skin, therefore when I find one that I see works, I will use it daily.

What I like so much about the L’Oreal Back to Bronze is that it is super buildable. Being the only shade in this range, it’s not harsh, which makes it nice to use. The naturalness of the powder makes it really easier to build upon to create your desired look. For example, I only need a few light sweeps of product on each cheek to achieve the sun-kissed glow that I am looking for.

The fact that it is buildable means that it’s a versatile product. I’ll definitely still be using this in summer when I have a bit of a tan, as well to contour with.L'Oreal Back To BronzeThe L’Oreal Back to Bronze is a soft matte bronzer, which means that it has no glitter or any shimmer. Although this may not be for everyone, I’m really not a fan of bronzer with those extras, therefore I’m always happy when I find a matte bronzer to use. Even though it is matte, it’s still luminous and glowy, which makes it ideal for a natural, sun-kissed look. L'Oreal Back To BronzeThe L’Oreal Back To Bronze also comes in a really nice compact. Its slim packaging makes it ideal for travelling as it’s easy to pop in your handbag. The compact also comes with a mirror underneath the bronzer as well as a small travel-sized brush, which is always handy.

I really couldn’t be happier with this new edition to my makeup bag and it has quickly become one of my every-day favourites!

Have you tried the L’Oreal Back to Bronze before? What’s your favourite bronzer to recommend?
